Pai - Mar Boutique LLC Return Policy

Pai - Mar Boutique, LLC will gladly accept returns within 7 calendar days of the fulfilment for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn, unwashed, with no human hair, or excessive animal hair covering the garments, or the return will be subject to denial. 

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact shoppaimarboutique@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. 

Please note, If you place multiple orders, we do not combine orders or refund multiple shipping fees.

  • All returns need to be returned in original condition, buttoned up, and folded. IF a return is sent back rolled up in a ball a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from your total. No exceptions.
  • Please note, customers are responsible for shipping back the return items. Pai - Mar will not provide return labels. 
  • Orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled or modified after checkout has been completed. 
  • Returns will not be accepted after the timeframe highlighted above, if something is returned outside of the 7 calendar day window, Pai - Mar Boutique, LLC will return the item to you at no cost to you. 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if you have any issues, or any items that are damaged. All emails must be send within 24 hours of the arrival of your order in order to be replaced and/or refunded.

Shipping/Address Mistake 

We do not refund shipping charges once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the fulfillment process. If your items has returned to us due to an insufficient address, or because of a non-deliverable address we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to your correct address.
